Basic Facts
Hohhot, the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, meaning "green city" in Mongolian language. There are more than 36 ethnic groups in Hohhot's confine, and the Mongolians making up some 9% of the population. There are many famous tourist attractions including the Dazhao Temple, the Grand Mosque, and the Five Pagoda Temple, Tomb of Wang Zhaojun.

Five Pagoda Temple The Five Pagoda Temple is located north to the Dazhao Temple and built in 1732. The temple was part of Cideng Temple which had five pagodas.
