Basic Facts
Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu Province, serves as the
center for economy, culture, business and political center. With Yellow River
passing through from west to east, Lanzhou is located at the heart of China.
Lanzhou is well-known for fruits, and reputed as the City of Fruits.
Lanzhou also has many tourist highlights such as the ancient waterwheels, the
Zhongshan Bridge, Mountain Wuquan and Mountain Baita.
The native product of Lanzhou includes Bailan (White Mongolia) melons and the special handicrafts of Lanzhou include carved gourds and pebbles, and Tao ink slabs.

Lanzhou Hand-pulled Noodles with Beef
