Banpo Museum
Discovered in 1953.the museum is located in the eastern suburb of Xian, It is the first on the site museum built in China, It reflects the prosperity of the matriarchal clan society 6000 to 7000 years ago. It is the most complete and typical Neolithic village remains in China.
Ancient City Wall Xian
Built in 1374 AD, it is the most complete and best preserved ancient city wall in China. It is also one of the best ancient military in the world. The circumference of the wall is 13.7km.It is 12m high, 12 to 14m wide on the top and 15 to 18m wide at the bottom. It is in oblong shape, The style of the wall is simple and vigorous.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda
Located in Dacien Temple, south of Xian, the pagoda was built in AD 652 by one of the Tang Dynasty emperors as an act of filial piety to honor his mother. It is 64 meters high with seven stories, The style of the building is simple and majestic. It is one of the landmarks of Xian an it was built to house Buddhist scriptures collected by Xuan Zang, the most famous monk of Tang Dynasty who spent 17 years traveling to India.
Huaqing Spring
Located in lintong district, Xian, it used to be the temporary palace of emperors in different dynasties. Here, the scene is beautiful and the spring water is intoxicating. It was a place for Emperor Li Longji form the Tang Dynasty and his concubine Lady Yang to get rid of the summer heat, have fun and take baths.
