D01 Arrive Chongqing Ciqikou Old Street Stilwell Museum (D)
On arrival in Chongqing, meet our guide. Visit the Ciqikou Old Street and the Stilwell Museum if time permits. Transfer to your hotel.
D02 Yangtze River Cruise Fengdu Ghost City ( B+L+D )
Pick up from hotel after breakfast and transfer to pier to board the 5 star Yangtze River cruise, the American Victoria VP. Disembark at Fengdu Ghost City, the "Ghost City" for an excursion. Enjoy the Captain's Welcome Party presents Chinese folk dancing and music performance after dinner.
D03 Yangtze River Cruise Shennong Stream ( B+L+D )
Sail through the Qutang Gorge, the shortest and the grandest of The Three Gorges Along The Yangtze River. Followed by the Wu Gorge with its famous lofty and misty peaks. Disembark at Badong and visit the Shennong Stream. Take a boat ride drifting along the crystal stream. Then sail into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Stay overnight at Sandouping which is adjacent to the Three Gorges Dam.
D04 Yangtze Dam ( B+L+D )
After a whole night sailing, the ship will stop at the Sandouping village. You will disembark for visit the grandest hydroelectric project in the world. It is still in the process and planned to complete by the year of 2009. Get back the ship and continue the sailing.
D05 Yangtze River Journey to Wuhan Hubei Provincial Museum ( B+L+D )
Arrival in Wuhan, a city of historic and cultural significance. Visit the Hubei Provincial Museum.
D06 Yangtze River Journey to Mount Huang Shan ( B+L+D )
Explore Mount Huang Shan, a World Cultural Heritage site and one of China's Top Ten Scenic Areas.
D07 Yangtze River Journey to Nanjing Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Bazaar ( B+L+D )
Arrival Nanjing, the capital city of Jiangsu Province. Visit the Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen. Died in 1925, Sun Yat-sen revered as leading force in bringing down the Qing Dynasty. The next stop is the bazaar by the side of the Confucius Temple with Qing Dynasty style.
D08 The Bund Yu Garden Former French Concession Area ( B+L)
Arrive in Shanghai at 0900am, meet our guide and visit the Ming era Yu Garden which is the most famous classical garden of Shanghai. After lunch, tour the more impressive Bund. Known as the symbol of Shanghai, The Bund featured with 52 high-rises of all styles stand in the west, showing the art of world architecture. Then visit the Old French Concession Area, the White House. Transfer to hotel.
D09 Departure ( B )
Transfer to the airport for departure or free activity on your own. End of our memorable Yangtze River tour.
