Pick up from Guilin hotel at 0800am and take a 2 hrs drive to Longji terraced rice paddies which is famous in the world. First built in the Yuan dynasty and completed in the Qing dynasty by ethnic Zhuang, the Longji Terraces are located in Longsheng County and built into the hillsides. These amazing constructions make best use of the arable land and water resources in the mountainous area.
