D02 Jade Buddha Temple The Bund Yu Garden Former French Concession Area

Our sightseeing this morning is Jade Buddha Temple, which was built in 1882, is a well preserved Buddhist temple. Then visit the Ming era Yu Garden which is the most famous classical garden of Shanghai. After lunch, tour the more impressive Bund. Known as the symbol of Shanghai, the Bund featured with 52 high-rises of all styles stand in the west, showing the art of world architecture. Then visit the Old French Concession Area, the White House and Pudong New Shanghai-The People's Square.

D03 Suzhou ~ Zhou Zhuang Water Village Lingering Garden Pan Gate Grand Canal
Boat Ride on Zhou Zhuang Waterways (B+L)

Pick up from your hotel and take a 1.5 hrs drive to Suzhou. Morning tour features The Lingering Garden, one of the four famous gardens of China. Later visit the Pan Gate, the only remaining city gate which is built over Suzhou's former moat. Followed with the number one silk factory. Followed by a visit to the No.1 Silk Factory which is a good place to learn more about silk production and offers interesting displays detailing each step of the silk making process. Head for Zhou zhuang water village, one of the three famous waterside towns of China. Our tour involves a stroll along the Shen's Family House, Zhang's Family House, Double Bridge, Old Town and enjoy a boat ride on the picturesque waterways. Transfer back to Shanghai in the late afternoon.

D04 Shanghai~Hangzhou~Shanghai Lingyin Temple West Lake( B+L )

Pick up from your hotel and take a drive to Hangzhou, the city of lake. Enjoy a tour to the Lingyin Temple and the mini-mountain Feilai Peak. This celebrated temple was first built in AD 326 and rebuilt 16 times over. After Chinese style lunch, enjoy a boat ride on the picturesque West Lake and visit the Flower Harbour, home to thousands of obese carp. Tour will be finished with the Dragon Well Tea Village. Transfer to your hotel in Shanghai in the late afternoon.

D05 Shanghai Fly to Yellow Mountain ( B )

Explore Shanghai on your own till pick up from your hotel and transfer to airport for Yellow Mountain. On arrival, meet our local guide and check in hotel.

D06 Yellow Mountain Scenic Area ( B+L )

Pick up from hotel in the morning. Take Cable-car up the Mt. Huang Shan. The mountain has long been described as "Heaven on Earth" and "a wonderland". Tour features the Begin-to-believe Peak, Flower cat of Pen-tip, Lion Peak, Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, Flying-over Rock, Bright-top, etc.

D07 Tunxi Ancient Village ( B+L )

Pick up from hotel and take cable-car down the Yellow Mountain. Visit Tunxi Ancient Street, an old trading street measures 1.5km and was a bustling centre of trade since Song Dynasty. The shops on both sides of the street are featured with an unmistakable Huizhou architectural style, selling wares including traditional medicines and local specialties such as Shexian ink stones, Huang Shan Maofeng tea and Huizhou in sticks.

D08 Hongcun Ancient Village Fly to Beijing ( B+L )

Pick up from hotel after breakfast and take a drive for Hongcun, some 10 km to Tunxi. As one the World Cultural Heritage site, Hongcun was established in Northern Song Dynasty, roughly 1000 years ago. Transfer back to Huangshan Airport and boarding the flight for Beijing, the cultural soul of China. On arrival, meet our guide and transfer to your hotel.

D09 Tiananmen Square Forbidden City Temple of Heaven Summer Palace( B+L )

Morning tour involves a stroll to the world largest square-tiananmen Square. Then move on to the largest imperial palace in the world-Forbidden City where 24 emperors of Ming & Qing dynasty lived and controlled China from there for several hundred years. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven which was served Ming & Qing Dynasty emperors as a vast sacred space to perform ceremonial rites on behalf of the Chinese nation. Followed by the Summer Palace. Known as the largest and best-preserved imperial gardens of the world, the Summer Palace inscribed on the UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1998.

D10 Badaling Great Wall Ming Tomb Olympic Green ( B+L )

Morning tour features the Badaling Great Wall- the landmark of China. On the way, visit the jade factory where you can buy some best local folk arts and crafts. After Chinese style lunch you will be driven to visit the Changling Mausoleum, the largest of the 13 Ming Tombs. Transfer back to your hotel in the late afternoon. On the way back to your hotel, pay an exterior tour to Beijing's iconic construction- the "Bird Nest" and the "Water Cube" in Olympic Green.

D11 Hutong Tour Panda House Lama Temple ( B+L )

Morning tour features the Beijing Zoo where you can see the lovely Panda. Then head for Shishahai Lake area. You can visit the old Beijing lanes by rickshaws. Hutong tour lasts 2 hours, visitors will visit the typical Chinese quadrangles, primary school and the Bell Tower built several hundred years ago. Lunch will be arranged at a typical Beijing resident's house. Tour of the Lama Temple, 1 hour tour for the mysterious Tibet style Buddhism temple. On the way back to your hotel, a short visit to the Chinese Tea House where you can enjoy tea ceremony.

D12 Departure ( B )

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for departure. End of memorable Yellow Mountain tour.
