D01 Beijing

On arrival you will be met by our guide and transferred to our Beijing hotel. The rest of day is at leisure.

D02 Beijing tour( B+L+D )

Pick up from your hotel in the morning. Visit the world largest square-Tiananmen Square. Then move on to the largest Imperial Palace in the world-Forbidden City where 24 emperors of Ming &ing dynasty lived and controlled China from there for several hundred years. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven. Followed with the Summer Palace. Known as the largest and best-preserved imperial gardens of the world, the Summer Palace inscribed on the UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1998. Enjoy Beijing Opera after Beijing Roast Duck Dinner. Transfer back to hotel.

D03 Great Wall tour Beijing-Xian by train ( B+L )

Take a 2 hrs drive to Badaling Great Wall- the landmark of China. On the way, visit the jade factory where you can buy some souvenirs. After Chinese style lunch at local restaurant, visit the Changling Mausoleum, the largest of the 13 Ming Tombs. Transfer to railway station to connect the overnight train for Xian, reputed as "the Museum City".

D04 Xian tour ( L )

Arrive in Xian in the morning. Meet our local guide and transfer to our Xian hotel first. Our sightseeing this morning features the Terracotta Warriors Army and Horses Museum. It is not only reputed as the world's Largest Military Museum but also the Eighth Wonder of the world. Followed with the tour to Shaanxi Provincial Museum which built after the model of Tang Dynasty and featured with a total of 113,000 relics unearthed locally.

D05 Xian tour Xian Chongqing ( B+L )

Pick up from your hotel after breakfast, stroll along the Ancient Cultural Street and Bell & Drum Tower Square. Then visit the Great Mosque which was established in AD742 and is still an active place of worship. After typical Chinese lunch at local restaurant, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in AD 648. The pagoda is regarded as a symbol of Xian. Transfer to railway station to connect train K165 for Chongqing at 2218pm.

D06 Chongqing tour ( D )

Arrival Chongqing at 1359pm. Meet our guide and visit the Ciqi Kou, which was an old harbor of Chongqing and was once the home of many of Chongqing's rich merchants. Followed with the Stilwell Museum if time permits. After typical Chinese dinner, board the deluxe cruise ship at 21:00 and start our memorable Yangtze River tour.

D07 Yangtze River Cruise ( B+L+D )

Disembark at Fengdu Ghost City, the "Ghost City" for an excursion. Enjoy the Captain's Welcome Party presents Chinese folk dancing and music performance after dinner.

D08 Yangtze River Cruise utang Gorge to Danning River Small Gorges or Shennong Stream/ Wu Gorge/Xiling Gorge ( B+L+D )

Sail through theutang Gorge, the shortest and the grandest of the 3 Gorges. Followed by the Wu Gorge with its famous lofty and misty peaks. Disembark at Badong and visit the Shennong Stream. Take a boat ride drifting along the crystal stream. Then sail into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Stay overnight at Sandouping which is adjacent to the Three Gorges Dam .

D09 Three Gorge Dam Yichang Shanghai ( B )

At San Dou Ping, see the progress at the historic Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest hydroelectric project. Meet our local guide and transfer to railway to connect the train K254 at 1411pm for Shanghai, the "China's Star".

D10 Train Journey to Shanghai

Arrive in Shanghai at 1326pm. Meet our local guide and transfer to our Shanghai hotel. Explore the city on your own.

D11 Shanghai tour ( B+L )

Our Shanghai tour started with a visit to the Ming era Yu Garden which is the most famous classical garden of Shanghai. Followed a visit to the more impressive Bund. Known as the symbol of Shanghai, the Bund featured with 52 high-rises of all styles stand in the west, showing the art of world architecture. Then pay a visit to the "Xintiandi" and the Former French Concession Area.

After lunch, visit the Jade Buddha Temple which was built in 1882, is a well preserved Buddhist temple. Then visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center.Shanghai tour finished with a visit to the People's Square.

D12 China train tour end ( B )

Free at leisure till pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for departure. End of our Beijing Xian Yangtze River Shanghai train tour.
