We take last minute bookings and try to make your reservation per your request.
　

Can I make any change during the trip?
Sure, we take last minute booking as well as change. But for the changes, you are kindly requested to pay extra if any losses incurred.
　

How do I reserve a hotel with your service?
There is a list of selective hotels from the major cities in China. You can browse the list sorted by cities, the room rates and even star rate. Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you need to extend your stay after arrival, please contact us. Otherwise you will be charged the hotel's walk-in rate.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our hotel rates are per room, not per person.
　

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations and China tours?
Hotel: The electronic confirmation will have a due date by which time you must confirm acceptance of your reservation by sending us e-mail or fax. Your room will be cancelled automatically if we do not receive these details by the due date.
Tour: 50% of tour price, 44 to 30 days prior to departure; 60% of tour price, 29 to 11 days prior to departure; 70% of tour price, 10 to 4 days prior to departure; 90% of tour price within 3 days prior to departure.
　

How do you check-in the hotel?
When we confirm your hotel reservations, The following details will be given to you.
  < Guest's full name
  < Arrival and departure date
  < Breakfast included or exclude
  < Confirmation number (Some hotel don’t have the confirmation number)
Upon arrival to the hotel at the agreed arrival date, you just need to present your passport and mention that you've made the reservation.
　

What is the Hotel Policy for Children?
Hotel: Most of the hotels adopt the policy of allowing children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years of age. Some hotels will limit occupants of a room to two adults and one child only. Only a few hotels will have existing bedding for two adults and two children in a room so an extra bed is usually required. Some hotels will charge for this extra bed.
Tour: Child age of 3 to 11, need extra bed at hotel/train/cruise ship will be 80% of adult; No extra bed at hotel/train/cruise ship will be 60% of adult.
　

How to make payment
Tour: You have 3 ways of payment:
  < Pay cash/traveller' cheque on the spot .
  < Make full payment via bank transfer.
  < Pay by credit card. 5% as surcharge if pay by credit card.
Hotel: The hotel room rate can be settled directly to the hotel upon you check-in. You can pay by credit card or cash. You can also pay the room rate to us by cash and somebody of our agency will go to your hotel to collect your payment after you check-in the hotel. Occasionally, during the g the Canton Fair period, we will ask you to deposit one night room rate or total room rates for secure your reservation. When you check out, you just pay the rest of room rates.
