Day 1 Longsheng Rice Terrace Tour

Pick up from Guilin hotel at 0800am and take a 2 hrs drive to Longji terraced rice paddies which is famous in the world. First built in the Yuan dynasty and completed in the Qing dynasty by ethnic Zhuang, the Longji Terraces are located in Longsheng County and built into the hillsides. These amazing constructions make best use of the arable land and water resources in the mountainous area.

Pay a visit to ethnic Yao village first and then enjoy typical Chinese lunch.

Trekking of Longji terraced rice paddies last 1.5-2 hr. Drive back to Guilin and reach your hotel around 1800pm. End of our memorable Longji terrace tour.
