We had a great holiday in your country!
All the tours were great and the guides were lovely.
Our guide in Xián was Daisy and she was a delight with additional suggestions of things to do including a dumpling dinner and dance show.
The guidance at the train stations was greatly appreciated and both train journeys were a very good experience. The inclusion of the MagLev train in Shanghai was an excellent experience. I would encourage your company and others in Shanghai to include the MagLev in the itinary of tourists. It only cost US$6.50 and it was very easy at the airport end to get to check-in.
One word of constructive suggestion regarded the lunch time meals on the tours. Those tours based in Beijing had very good Chinese style meals that were just slightly westernised and the one at the Terracotta Warriors was of similar style but the second lunch in Xián and the Shanghai meals were so westernised that it was like being in the USA. Please consider that visitors usually like to experience the food as well as the sights, sounds and local people.

What a wonderful time we had...
To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to tell you what a wonderful time we had on the Great Wall @ Badaling and Ming Tombs tour hosted by Jennifer.
She was excellent, accomodating and really helped us to get on the tour after we got very lost. I highly recommend her services to others where we are working and to other travellers coming to China.
You should be proud to have such a great, hardworking employee!

Please be informed today Mon 13 sep 10, Total of 9 days my family china tour at Beijing, Xian and Shanghai has been completed successfully. First on behalf of me and my family would like to extend our hearty thanks particullarly you and your staffs, who have given excellent service as per our itenenary and they were all very panctual and well experienced tour guides. On hotel side also excellent except in Shanghai where they could not make our room near each other though it was in same floor.
If time permits I will send a short testimonials to your three locations tour guides service qualities in due course.
Once again thanks a lot and you have done great job to success my dream to visit in China, well done keep it up hope to contact you time to time and will pass my friend to take your service visiting in China in near future.
