Ideally located in the middle of Weihe Plain. Xian is the capital city of Shaanxi Province and has been the capital
city of China for 12 dynasties. This city has over 3000 years recorded history. More than 120000 relics have been brought to light
from 4000 ancient ruins and tombs. It was the starting point of the famed Silk Road.

Xian Food
Xian food is simple and hearty. As a world-renowned ancient city, Xian has a long history for food. Xian is famous
for the dumpling feasts. The dumpling banquet features a selection of 108 dumplings differ in shape and filling. Shredded pancakes in a
mutton or beef soup are a local Muslim delicacy, due to the large Muslim community in Xian. Buckwheat noodles is delicious with different
vegetable and toppings and sauces.
